1. Controller

The controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the data controller (veri sorumlusu) under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) is Bosphorus Industrial Software Solutions TODO: legal form, e.g. A.Ş. or Ltd. 2. Server logs

Every time a page or file is requested, the web server records the IP address, the date and time, the requested address, the HTTP status, the amount of data sent, the referring page and the browser identification (user agent).

We need these records to deliver the site, to keep it secure and to find faults. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 5(2)(f) KVKK).

The logs are not combined with other data, not used to build profiles and are deleted after TODO: retention period, e.g. 14 days.

3. Contacting us

The site has no forms. If you write to us, for example through a "Book a Demo" link, your email program sends the message to sales@bosphorusiss.com. We then process your email address, name and whatever you choose to write, only to answer your request and to prepare a possible contract.

The legal basis is the preparation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Art. 5(2)(c) KVKK) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 5(2)(f) KVKK). We keep the correspondence as long as the request needs it and afterwards only as long as commercial or tax law requires.

4. Cookies and storage on your device

aegix.vision sets no cookies. The chosen language is part of the address (for example /de/), so it does not have to be stored.

If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name aegix-theme, so the next page opens the same way. It holds only the word light or dark, never leaves your device and is not linked to you. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings. Because it only provides a function you asked for, it needs no consent (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive; § 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG).

There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no fingerprinting. That is why the site shows no cookie banner.

5. No third-party services

Fonts, images and scripts are served from aegix.vision itself. Your browser contacts no other server while you read the site. Links to other sites (the AEGIX console, bosphorusiss.com, social networks) are ordinary links; once you follow one, that site’s privacy policy applies.

6. Recipients and hosting

The site runs on a server operated for us by TODO: hosting provider, name and country, which processes the server logs on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or otherwise pass on personal data. Authorities receive data only where the law obliges us to provide it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
• have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16)
• have data erased (Art. 17)
• restrict processing (Art. 18)
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21)
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work (Art. 77)

8. Rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, ask for correction or deletion and for those parties to be notified, object to a result that goes against you and arises solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

The KVKK Information Notice on this site explains how to apply. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, kvkk.gov.tr).

9. Security

The site is served over encrypted connections only (HTTPS) and sends security headers that stop it from being framed by other sites or from loading content from anywhere else.

10. Changes

We update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
