2. Personal data processed

• Transaction security data: IP address, date and time of access, requested address, browser identification and referring page, recorded automatically in the server logs.
• Contact data: email address, name and the content of your message, only if you write to us.

3. Purposes

• delivering the website and keeping it secure and working
• detecting and investigating faults and misuse
• answering enquiries and demo requests and preparing a contract
• meeting legal obligations

4. Method of collection and legal basis

Server log data is collected automatically by electronic means when you visit the site. Contact data is collected when you send us an email.

The legal bases are Article 5(2)(f) KVKK (our legitimate interest, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed), Article 5(2)(c) (processing necessary for establishing or performing a contract) and Article 5(2)(ç) (compliance with a legal obligation).

5. Transfers

Personal data may be transferred to the hosting provider that operates the server on our behalf (TODO: hosting provider, name and country) and, where the law requires, to authorised public institutions.

Transfer abroad: TODO: whether the server is outside Türkiye, and the safeguard used under Article 9 KVKK, for example standard contractual clauses notified to the Authority

6. Your rights under Article 11

• to learn whether your personal data is processed
• to request information if it has been processed
• to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose
• to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to which it is transferred
• to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect
• to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7
• to request that third parties to whom the data was transferred are notified of a correction or deletion
• to object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis
• to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

7. How to apply

You can send your request in writing to the address above, or electronically from a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature or the email address you previously gave us, to TODO: KVKK application address, e.g. kvkk@bosphorusiss.com, and the company KEP address, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

We answer within 30 days at the latest. The answer is free of charge unless it causes an additional cost, in which case the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
